Spaghetti...

:) . Yes . I start with a smile because I really want to writhe about this.
Not even three hours ago I was trying to be Ratatouille for like 45 minutes ( it is a movie about a mouse who wants to become a great chef ) . So i went to the store to buy whatever was necessary; however, nobody was guessing what I am planning to do.
I enter the store which is just around the corner from were I live. I start looking for pasta , shrimps, bacon , ham , heavy cream , and some other ingredients that I need to complete one of my favorite food. I don't want to skip the red hot pepper crushed. It is one of my preferred spicy ingredients.
Here it comes the funny part. After I finished cooking which was relatively quick I set up the table with all the plates and napkins and everything else. Here it comes : I start eating so fast because everything looked so perfect and I completely forgot about the crushed pepper.
Now I am at the hospital working overnight and I have my stomach all burned because of that.
So, the conclusion is : everything in excess is harmful for our bodies ( at least for myself ).

You are right! Anything that is too much is not good to our system. I love spaghetti and meatballs but I try to eat enough to make me full.

I hope it was a whole wheat spaghetti. If not, try it next time, it is better for you. Oh yeah, and don't forget to use less spices...
